About me
With over a decade of working in-house, including at Penguin Random House and HarperCollins, I have now flown solo and offer freelance editorial and consultancy services to aspiring and established authors.
I've edited multiple bestselling books, including Sunday Times and New York Times bestseller Wintering by Katherine May, international bestseller The Choice by Edith Eger, New York Times bestseller The Sun Does Shine by Anthony Ray Hinton, and Sunday Times bestselling series The Prison Doctor by Dr Amanda Brown.
During my time at Ebury (Penguin Random House, Publisher of the Year, British Book Awards 2024) and HQ (HarperCollins, shortlisted for Imprint of the Year, British Book Awards 2019), I worked alongside some of the most talented teams in the industry, honing my expertise and developing a sharp instinct for what makes a book both compelling and commercially successful.
I work across many genres, from memoir to psychology, politics to self-help, smart thinking to business. I've collaborated with an incredible array of authors, each an expert in their field, helping them find their distinct and unique voice. My clients have included journalists, police officers, philosophers, doctors, comedians, and entrepreneurs, among many others.
I live in London with my partner and our little girl.
